Celebrating 20 Years at Neyland Stadium
For diehard Tennessee football fans, Neyland Stadium is more than just a place to watch a game. It’s sacred ground. For Margaret and Keith, who have spent countless Saturdays cheering for the Vols, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary with a private stadium tour was the perfect way to mark two decades of love and devotion. I had the absolute honor of capturing this special milestone for them, and the experience was nothing short of magical.
We started our session in the locker room, and I could have sworn Margaret and Keith’s eyes grew three sizes the moment they walked in. Seeing them take in the space where their favorite team preps for battle was surreal. They stood where their beloved players stand, soaking in every detail. But the highlight? Sitting at Coach Heupel’s very desk! The pure joy on their faces was unforgettable, and it was such a privilege to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
After exploring the locker room, we headed up to the social deck—Margaret and Keith’s game-day haven. I had no idea how intense this section was until they filled me in. Unlike traditional seating, the social deck is standing-room-only, and if you want a prime high-top table, you better be fast! Margaret and Keith have perfected their game day routine, entering through a specific gate and making a beeline for their favorite spot. But beyond their passion for Tennessee football, what stood out the most was their love for each other. Even after 20 years, they still flirt, they still laugh, and they still choose each other—game after game, season after season. Here’s to many more years of love and Vol victories!
