Castleton Farms Engagement just before the rain hit!

When you book your wedding at Castleton Farms, their dedicated staff helps with the planning phase of your wedding. They share their preferred vendor list, and then, they ask if you want help reaching out to specific vendors. For Courtney and John, the Castleton team reached out to me directly. Thankfully, I was available, but I still didn’t realize we were talking about THE John Fulkerson who played basketball at UT. It wasn’t until later when I started following Courtney on Instagram that I realized it was the same John Fulkerson. I mean, it’s not like I know a ton of people with the last name Fulkerson so I don’t know why I didn’t quite make the connection, but regardless, I’m glad it worked out!

A few months before their engagement session, Dustin and I popped into Nothing Too Fancy to get out of a rain storm. We happened across a bunch of t-shirts with John Fulkerson’s face on them and different puns using his last name. Dustin picked one up and said, “we should get you one of these to wear to their engagement session.” So, I did. I got a Fulk Music t-shirt with John’s face on it and wore it to their engagement session. When else would it be possible for me to wear a t-shirt with my client on it? So, I just had to. I did warn Courtney though so she didn’t think I was fan-girling 😂 Courtney also took an iPhone photo of me wearing it with him just for funsies that you can see below.
