There are so many reasons why I love Katie and Lucas. You can look back at all of the other blog posts I’ve written about them to read about some of these reasons and look at their pretty pictures: Engagement Session, Bridal Session, Wedding, First Anniversary, and Baby Announcement. So, what can I add to this Castleton Farms maternity blog post that hasn’t already been said? Maybe how stinking excited I am to see them become parents because holy moly they have one of the best support teams surrounding them. Between their parents and their extended family members, they have such a village supporting them going into this new season. Plus, they are just going to be so good at this whole thing. Lucas is building their very first home, and Katie is collecting all the most ADORABLE things for baby Landry. Watching them enter into this next sweet season just makes me so happy for them!
Also, I don’t know if you noticed, but 4 of the 5 sessions I linked above were at Castleton Farms. This is such a huge perk to shooting at Castleton. Between all of these sessions, there is unity, but they are not identical. There are overlapping locations but still uniqueness to each one. This property is so big and so beautiful and amazes me how I can continue to get different looking galleries after shooting there so many times! Even with the same couple. I don’t know this for sure, but I would venture to say this may be the first Castleton Farms maternity session!
