As you start scrolling through this Marblegate Farm associate engagement session, I have a feeling you are going to fall in love with Channing and Ryan just as much as I did the first time I met them. Their love for the Lord is so evident in the way they treat each other. Such respect and value in the other’s opinion. The thing I noticed most in editing their Marblegate Farm associate engagement session is how they look at one another. I didn’t have to be present at this session to feel the joy oozing from each and every moment. With smiles stretching from ear to ear and all their playful interactions, I could tell they had a blast at their session with my associate, Cyd.
Big shoutout to Cyd for being awesome. There was a blip at the beginning of this session that was totally my fault, and Cyd handled it expertly. Cheryl, the venue owner, also stepped in with amazing help, and Channing and Ryan showed me such beautiful grace, which also reflects the heart of the Lord. I’ve said it a bajillion times already, but I truly have the best clients and the best team. When I hold myself to the impossible standard of flawlessness, their grace showed me that perfection is unattainable, and sometimes, my flesh may fail. In that failing, however, the Lord’s glory shines the brightest. This time, His glory shined through the words spoken to me by both Cyd and Channing. As I poured out apology after apology to both of them, their reaction was not judgment or disappointment. Their reaction was empathetic and merciful. And I felt Jesus overflowing from their hearts. Thank you, guys, for literally being the best humans. I love each of you to absolute pieces!
