Castleton Farms Anniversary Session
You may remember Katie and Lucas’s Castleton Farms wedding from June of last year. It was the one with the Cinderella theme that was just so gorgeous. This June, they celebrated their 1 year anniversary so we did a Castleton Farms anniversary session with them. We scheduled it for early July, but it rained us out. Then, we had to reschedule again, and we ended up with an August date. Ultimately, it worked out though because LOOK AT THIS LIGHTING!!! So freaking pretty!
You may remember their wedding, but what you probably don’t know is Katie also works on the AMP team! She helps me do some social media stuff, and I am so grateful to her for that because guys, Instagram just sucks nowadays. It used to be so much fun. While I still love it for passing time, it has turned into a total chore in my business. It was already starting to get like this, and then, reels came around. I knew I had to get this thing outsourced. Enter Katie. She does a phenomenal job, and I’m so so so thankful for her! Every single reel you see on my Instagram that is not of my kids was done by her 😁
It was so much fun walking the Castleton grounds with them and their moms for their Castleton Farms anniversary session. We talked about all the wonderful pieces of their day, and while their moms and I agreed the day passed so fast, Katie and Lucas agreed it wasn’t all that fast. They had so many moments they really let soak in, and they embraced every second of their day to it’s fullest so it didn’t seem that fast. Everyone will tell you how quickly it can go by. If at all possible, listen to them. Hire a team of people to take care of everything for you, and take in your day to its absolute fullest. You’ll thank yourself for it later.
