Bride & Groom Portraits at The Quarry
At the point you’re reading this, it’s after the wedding at The Quarry. At the point I’m writing this, however, it’s almost exactly 1 month until the wedding at The Quarry. I promised Amy I wouldn’t share these photos until after her big day so no one accidentally got a sneak peek of her party dress until it’s grand debut at her reception. That’s right, you read that correctly. This dress isn’t coming out until their reception, and actually, they have TWO other outfits they are sporting for the ceremony and cocktail hour/early reception. One being traditional Vietnamese attire, which I was SO excited to see!
So, what is this session anyway? This session was technically their engagement session, but instead of dressing in normal engagement attire, they put on their reception attire knowing they wouldn’t get many formal portraits made in this outfit on the actual wedding day. We got to The Quarry, and they immediately went into the bridal suite to change outfits. When Amy walked out, my jaw literally dropped. Her dress is amazing and sparkles like none other. Especially when the light hits it just right! And Antonio was looking might snazzy in his suit, too! These two definitely have stellar taste in fashion. Also, can we just give them a round of applause for climbing on these rocks in these outfits, and one major shoutout to Amy doing it in those heels??? Just wait until you get to the walking photos in front of the HUGE doors at the reception hall. You can see her heels really great in those shots, and you can get an idea of just how high they were. Shew. Impressive.
