The Carriage House Wedding

Allie and Brady got married at The Carriage House. I didn’t get the opportunity to physically be there because I was already booked at Castleton that day. Instead, my dear friend Brittany Sidwell shot on my behalf. When she brought the cards to me the next day, we sat in my kitchen, and she told me about all the sweet moments that unfolded from their day. As I started sorting through the photos, I connected those stories to the photos on my computer. I saw the pin inside of Brady’s jacket. I watched the tears stream at Allie and her dad’s first look. Even more than that, the completeness of the day was absolutely so beautiful and so full of joy.

It is a complete honor to get to serve a couple on their wedding day. When I’m already booked to another couple and I get to send someone else from my team out, I’m entrusting them with so much. My reputation, the way I want my couples to feel and be treated, the management of the day, the documentation of the meaningful moments, and the beauty that unfolds on a wedding day. Every time someone from my team goes out though, I don’t have a second of hesitation. I am so picky on who I send out on my behalf, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt they will wear the AMP badge proudly. They will treat the couple, the guests, the family, the bridal party, and the other vendors with respect and graciousness. I’m so proud to have Brittany Sidwell on my team and am so thankful for the way she served Allie and Brady on their wedding day.
