Sequoyah Hills Engagement

I first met Hayden and Nick at an extended family session with Hayden’s entire family. It was last fall, and it was a joy getting to know them a little bit then. At the end of that session, Hayden and her mom pulled me aside and asked what my availability was for the fall of 2022. At the time, I was just starting to book October 2022 weddings and had several in limbo of inquiring and reserving. It wasn’t long before I got the message from Hayden picking her own October Saturday and locking it in. I am so excited to see their beautiful wedding this fall!

Then, we get to Hayden and Nick’s engagement session in the middle of April, and again, crazy awesome weather. I think they have some weather luck on their side! I’m excited to report back if this weather carries into their wedding day on October 8th!

Also, just in case you’re wondering, there is a shot in here under one of the pink spring trees. You’ll see petals falling off the tree around them. It’s one of my favorite shots from their engagement session. And no, we didn’t just get lucky with a gust of wind at the perfect time with them standing in the perfect spot. Thankfully, Hayden’s mom and dad came to their Sequoyah Hills engagement session and her dad literally shook the tree for me 😂. It. is. magical.
