When Taylor started talking to me about her and Joe’s engagement session, she said she wanted to do something fun! When Joe proposed to her, they took classic engagement photos so for this session, she wanted to make it less traditional and more fun. She landed on having a Meads Quarry engagement so they could end their session getting in the water. Originally, they were getting ALL the way in the water, but it was cooler on this day than what we thought. So, we all settled with just a little ankle-deep water, and goodness, they turned out so cute! But before we went to the water, Taylor and Joe shared a cute little picnic. They already had the picnic basket, and Taylor bought a dress to match the blue interior. Then, they got a cake and some champagne to complete the setup. We only had to move to the side one time for some walkers and their dog, which is a win considering how amazing the weather was outside. The only down side was dealing with these super annoying teensy tiny black bugs that kept landing all over EVERYTHING. It was totally worth it though because look how adorable this Meads Quarry engagement session is!
