I don’t know if you remember last week, but it was gorgeous. Every single day was bright and sunny with 80+ degree temperatures. Over a month ago when Terri chose me to be her wedding photographer, she chose the date for their engagement session, too. The ONLY day last week it ended up raining was Thursday. Ugh. The day of their session. We were set to be shooting around the Southern Railway Station because they love trains and wanted to incorporate them. We weren’t able to get hold of anyone to shoot inside so we were planning to shoot in front of it. Until we saw the forecast, and the rain was supposed to start right before our session. They couldn’t reschedule because of their jobs and the hair and makeup artist’s schedule. So, we started looking at indoor locations. I emailed like crazy, asking around for availability and pricing. It’s hard finding something so last minute like this, but Maple Grove Estate opened their property to us, and I’m so grateful! Of course, it ended up being beautiful the entire session, and we didn’t need to shoot inside at all. It was nice to have the option just in case it didn’t happen that way though!
Happy Maple Grove Estate engagement session!! Terri and Wes were great!
