Girl Party: Glitter, Twirls, and Birthday Cake
Last week, my cousin brought her little girl over to the studio for a mini girl party. Stella Ruth turns six at the end of the month, and what better excuse to dance, throw glitter in the air, and eat birthday cake, amiright??
This girl right here is one of my favorites. She has the biggest heart. You’ll see Hazel come into view a couple times even though this session was all about Stell-bell (this is what the Fothergills call her, and I just couldn’t resist adding it into the blog post). Instead of getting frustrated with Hazel, she just embraced it. That’s the kind of girl she is. She’ll own the spotlight if it’s on her, but also, she wants everyone in it with her if they wanna join.
She’s feisty, sassy, and so so tough. She can keep up with any boy out there thanks to her big brother. She may start out a little quiet, but when she opens up, her joy exudes from every crevice of whatever space she’s in.
I am so proud to call this girl family and am so incredibly blessed my kiddos get to grow up with a cousin like her. There’s nothing I want more than to celebrate her, and this girl party was the perfect way to do it.
