Downtown Knoxville Family || Daley Family

Most of the clients I work with are from West Knoxville. Very rarely do I get someone on my side of town (Fountain City), but I did with the Daley family! Not only are they on my side of town, but they also own the CUTEST little ice cream shop called Twisters. I’m so proud of them because they grew their little shop based in Corryton, TN to have THREE separate locations now! We joked at the end of their session that when their little girl gets to be in middle/high school, they will have a shop full of teenagers every day after school asking for scoops of ice cream.

All jokes aside though this family is precious. I don’t get to do many family sessions downtown so when I do, I feel like my creativity just bursts. Especially because I love being downtown so much! A special thank you to Kara who not only hired me for this session but has been following and supporting Amanda May Photos through Instagram for such a long time! I’m so glad our paths could officially cross in person, and I could meet her sweet family.

P.S. Does anyone else get Joshua Malina vibes from Marquis here? I literally had to go look up actors from Scandal to compare the two. Maybe it’s the glasses?
