The Apple Barn Proposal || Bryan & Lorin

The Apple Barn Proposal at Sunrise

I have gotten to shoot so many proposals recently, and you know the thing I love most about shooting proposals? They are always so unique. I always start out the process with a phone call with the proposer and ask what their vision is. How do they see the whole event unfolding? With Bryan, he wanted to do an Apple Barn proposal at sunrise while Lorin was under the assumption they were cashing in on a Groupon for a wine tour at 8:30am. Before they left for their trip, Lorin was asking some questions about the wine tour. Thinking quick on his feet, Bryan threw out that it was from Groupon because Groupons expire every few days, and it wouldn’t be suspicious when Lorin couldn’t find it for herself. He picked an Apple Barn proposal because Lorin grew up going to The Apple Barn. It was one of her favorite places, and this trip was the first time Bryan had been there. We went to some of her favorite spots from her childhood, specifically the little island in the middle of the river. Which are ironically some of my favorite photos from their Apple Barn proposal.

So thankful Bryan let me in on his proposal. It was an absolute honor to be a part of this sweet, precious moment.
