Associate Engagement Session at Knoxville Botanical Garden
Some couples have a kind of joy that simply cannot be contained, and Natalie and Kyle are absolutely one of those couples! Their associate Knoxville Botanical engagement photos are filled with a playful energy that makes sessions feel effortless.
This beautiful session was photographed by Andrea of AC Goodman Photography, someone who is incredibly special to me. Andrea and I go way back, and I have literally watched her grow her photography business from the beginning. Seeing how far she has come has been such a joy. She is not only an amazing photographer but also an amazing friend. Andrea is one of those people you simply cannot help but love. She brings so much warmth, care, and positivity into everything she does. That same warmth comes through in the photographs she creates.
The day before Natalie and Kyle’s engagement session, Andrea joined me as my second shooter for a wedding. We had the best time working together (like always), and we spent plenty of it talking about how excited we were for this session. Needless to say, Natalie and Kyle gave us every reason to be excited!

Their giggles do not feel posed or forced; they seem to erupt naturally from one moment to the next. Their laughter practically bursts out of every frame! It is easy to imagine that anyone who spends time with these two quickly falls in love with their fun, welcoming personalities.
Knoxville Botanical Garden was a wonderful setting for documenting this exciting season in their relationship. But as lovely as the location may be, Natalie and Kyle are truly what make these photographs shine. Their connection feels genuine, comfortable, and full of life. From their sweet interactions to their biggest laughs, their session is a beautiful reminder that engagement photos do not have to feel overly serious. They can be playful, relaxed, and completely true to who you are as a couple.
