Sunny UT Gardens Engagement Session
The very first thing I noticed when I got Caitlin and James in front of my camera at their sunny UT Gardens engagement session was how radiant their smiles are. I have come to realize that I really love it when people smile with their whole face. What does that mean though? I mean their cheeks form that little circle right under their eyes that makes their eyes disappear. All of their teeth show, and sometimes, they have a little nose scrunch. They may even giggle under their breath because their smile slowly turns into a laugh, and they just can’t help it. This is Caitlin and James. From my very first photo I could see it, and I knew we were going to have a great UT Gardens engagement session.
They had lots of sunshine out for their UT Gardens engagement session. When they changed clothes, they went back to their car to do so. I was shooting the ring, and then, I started heading back up to meet them. That brought me back up to the top of the gardens and gave me a new perspective on some of the landscaping up there. As many times as I’ve photographed at UT Gardens, I’ve never used this part of the gardens the way I did with Caitlin and James. This is the very first spot we stopped in their jeans outfit, and it was my favorite. The sun was peeking through a tree, and they had great light both on their faces and glowing behind them. EEK! It might be my new favorite spot at the gardens!
