Newborn Photos

I got to photograph James and Kaitlyn’s wedding a couple years ago in Tullahoma, TN. When they contacted me to take newborn pictures of their precious Ellie Kate, I of course jumped at the opportunity. Like I’ve said on here many times, one of my favorite things is documenting my couples’ lives, not just their weddings. It usually starts engagement pictures and goes from there. There have been a few times where it’s started at senior pictures… yeah… that makes me feel old lol.

The weekend that I photographed this precious little nugget, I also photographed an engagement session and wedding and met with another potential couple. I was away from Grayson for two full days and two full nights and oh my gosh, it was so terrible lol. I LOVE what I do… like really really love every facet of my job. But being away from him for what felt like an eternity was SO hard. I met him and Dustin back in Somerset, KY at my in-law’s house and selfishly snuggled with him the entire day the next day. You know the saying “distance makes the heart grow fonder”?  Well in this case I don’t think my heart could grow anymore fonder than it already had, so it just started bursting with all it’s fondness. Fondness is code for love… so much love lol. I know James and Kaitlyn feel the same way about their little love bug. I’m so excited to share these with them!!
