A Winter Wedding at Graystone Presbyterian and The Mill & Mine
As you scroll through the photos below of Marissa and Wayne’s reception at The Mill & Mine, you’ll notice a photo of me on the far left and 3 couples gathered in with me on the right. These were all AMP couples and I am so thankful they all took the time to grab a quick photo with me! When past bridesmaids and groomsmen come back to me to photograph their wedding, it literally means the world. And in this case, Marissa & Wayne were not only past wedding party members, but Marissa is also the sister of one of my past grooms. And after her brother’s wedding, Dustin and I actually became personal friends with them and just went to their daughter’s (the flower girl at Marissa & Wayne’s wedding) first birthday. The Lord has blessed me so much with clients that I not only get along so great with but also turn into sweet sweet friends. If there was any way I could control time and slow it down or create more of it, I would have personal relationships with so many of my clients. When I show up to a wedding with multiple AMP couples there, it feels a little like a reunion and it’s SO much fun!!
To Marissa & Wayne, THANK YOU for asking me to be a part of your day. Thank you for not freaking out about the rain and just trusting me! Thank JESUS for the rain stopping and us getting those arch photos that you wanted at the church and for getting to use that blooming Bradford Pear that in no way should have ever been bloomed out on March 9th! Your smiles were literally glowing all day long and every one around you could feel it. Your ceremony at Graystone Presbyterian was absolutely stunning and your reception at The Mill & Mine was so fun! You have such an amazing family and great group of friends! Please know that I am forever grateful to have been the photographer to photograph your wedding!
