Sinking Creek Farm Engagement Session
I know Morgan because I photographed her sister’s gorgeous wedding a couple of years ago! You can see it here! I remember thinking what an awesome sister Abbey had when I met Morgan. She was fulfilling her maid of honor duties like a champ. Now, I’m so excited to say that she gets to be the bride, and I get to be the one to capture it all! When we were trying to schedule their engagement session, we knew we wanted to do it in Nashville. They both work and with the fall sunset times in the central time zone, we pretty much had to do it on a weekend or on fall break (Morgan is a teacher). When she sent me her fall break schedule, it just HAPPENED to coincide with the Everson and McDaniel portrait sessions that I blogged about yesterday! That was a total God thing because I booked those portrait sessions back in March! I confirmed with Morgan and Chris that we would shoot on Sunday, September 30th at sunset. They told me they wanted to go to Sinking Creek Farm in Murfreesboro, and we were all squared away. Fast forward a couple months later, and Karen Stott sends emails me about this conference called Abound for Christian Women Entrepreneurs. When I read it, it sounded like everything I love, and I wanted to go so bad. It was in Nashville, and guess what, it was on October 1st and 2nd. Seriously, how crazy was that? So, I immediately bought a ticket. Turns out the Lord used this trip to speak to me in SO many ways. About my business, my relationship with Him, and to totally refresh my mind before heading into one of the craziest Octobers I’ve ever had. He continues to amaze me with all the things that He lines up so perfectly. It’s too good to be coincidence. I’m so thankful that I get to be sharing this Sinking Creek Farm engagement session with you tonight, and I hope it brings you all the smiles because this couple is so adorable together.
