Sarah and Aren have been long time clients of mine so I know you’re going to recognize them. I shoot them every year in the fall for a sunrise session the day after a long wedding day. We change up the location each year, but the session is the same. A 30 minute family session including two adorable pups. But guess what?! This year it changed because this year they are PREGNANT!!! They left the pups at home, and we met up at Natchez Trace Glen for a little maternity session in the flower patch. This time of year was all Dahlias everywhere, and it was so pretty. There was a sort of untamed tame vibe going on, and it contrasted well with Sarah’s beautiful glow and adorable baby bump. These friends of mine are having a baby girl, and after seeing nursery pictures on Sarah’s phone, I am a billion times excited for the newborn session in their home in January.
I’m quite positive this baby girl will never understand how loved she is even before she was conceived. It has been a journey for Sarah and Aren, and when they told me that they were officially planning for Everson party of 5 (because their two pups are just as much a part of their clan), I literally had happy tears in my eyes. I just adore these two people. They are the sweetest, most supportive and encouraging, prettiest people in Nashville, and I am so utterly blessed to call them my friends.
Shout out to Steve at Natchez Trace Glen for welcoming us at 7am for a beautiful, misty maternity session in his flower patch. We are forever thankful to have such a beautiful backdrop to preserve this moment and this memory!
