Morristown Engagement
I grew up in Knoxville, and I have only ever been to Morristown for volleyball tournaments in high school. As a typical high schooler, I didn’t pay attention to the world around me. Ironically, I spent most of my time outside, but had no appreciation for nature…the mountains just didn’t drop my jaw like they do now. So, as I headed out to the private home where I would take Katie and Ethan’s Morristown engagement photos, I saw view after view of amazing mountains. I don’t think I could ever live super far from a city, but every time I venture out to these little farm towns with great views on the outskirts of Knoxville, it makes me seriously consider it. I always see these amazing houses built out there, too. Kind of like the one that we took Katie and Ethan’s Morristown engagement photos at. Once I got off of the main highway, I kept winding further and further back on backroads. I passed a lot of normal houses, and then rounded the corner to one amazing, freshly built, white farmhouse… and thought OOOOH!!! I hope this is it. Sure enough, Siri speaks up and says, “You have arrived at your destination,” and I’m like yessss!!!!
So, I found what Dustin’s and my retirement dream home would look like, and I finally got to meet the sweet Katie and Ethan. We didn’t do an in-person consultation so this was the first time I got to hug their necks. They are as sweet as can be, and I think Katie might have some of the prettiest eyes I have ever seen. As I was taking photos of them, I asked Ethan if that was the first thing he noticed about her. Without hesitation he said Oh yeah…her eyes are incredible.
