Hello amazing Knoxville Wedding Venue! There are so many reasons why Hunter Valley Farm rocks. The first, and probably the most important, is the fact that their staff is AMAZING! You will seriously not meet a better group of women. They are genuinely excited for each and every wedding they have at their venue. And they provide almost everything… flowers, centerpieces, linens, seating, and so much more! They also have an outdoor ceremony area that is almost entirely shaded and has theater seating so every single person can see. And one of the best parts is the rain plan. If it were to rain on your wedding day, you can move it into the pavilion which is made out of windows on 3/4’s of it’s walls. You know what windows mean? Natural light!!! So very few venues have an ideal rain plan. But here, you really do have the best of both indoor and outdoor. I just love love love this venue.
Katie and Sean love the Lord. They are so sweet and kind and really care about people. My favorite part about their wedding day was their ceremony. Usually when I’m sharing my favorite part of a wedding day, it usually has something to do with a funny moment. But this time it’s a little different. During Katie and Sean’s ceremony, they had two worship songs lead by a worship leader. All of their guests stood, lifted their hands, sang along, and worshipped. I’ve seen this before, but only at ceremonies inside of a church and it’s very rarely lead by a worship leader, more often, it’s played from a recorded song over speakers. But there was something so amazing about being outside, under some trees, feeling the sunlight break through the branches, with the river in the background, worshipping Jesus. Now granted, I wasn’t actually partaking in the sing along because I was photographing it, but in my head I was shouting loud, praising Jesus right along with the next person. One of the songs that they chose was “What a Beautiful Name” by Hillsong Worship. That might not mean much to you, but I can’t wait to share how God has been using that song in my life. Very soon, I am going to be writing a blog post titled “Evidence of God’s Grace & Mercy” and it’s going to be an ongoing blog post full of Jesus stories. This is going to be one of them… so be on the look out because it’s coming soon!
