Katherine and Adam got married in a huge church in Bowling Green, KY. Katherine was a bridesmaid in another wedding that I shot in Kentucky a couple years ago, which is how she found me. Due to our schedules, we were unable to do an engagement session, so the first day that I met Adam was on the wedding day. I usually hate doing this because I hate the first time that I meet a couple face to face, is on the wedding day, but since I had already met and spent a whole day with Katherine, it wasn’t as big a deal. Well turns out it was no big deal at all because Adam is the type of guy that makes it seem like you’ve known each other your whole lives. He skips right through the awkward lets get used to each other and goes straight to the heeeeey buuuuddy, long time no see!
My favorite part about Katherine and Adam’s wedding is unusual. Very very very rarely can I say that this particular time is my favorite. Have you guessed it yet? Probably not, because even with me saying that, you’re mind isn’t even going there. It was my time with the groom and groomsmen. Yup, that’s right. The boys… who typically hate pictures and are burning up in their layers of clothing and jackets, and don’t understand why they have to be there 3 hours before the ceremony. This group of guys were so full of fun personality. I think you’ll be able to tell as you scroll through below!
