I got to see this little nugget again for her family farm 9 month session, and I cannot believe how quickly the time has flown by. She is one of the cutest kids on the planet with those bright blue eyes and little cleft chin. It’s the sweetest seeing Kari and Brad as parents. Watching them through their engagement, then getting married, growing with some pups, restoring their home together, and now adding little Andersyn is one of my favorite things. You know what else I love about them? During and after every session, we just have real conversations like friends. I ask about their jobs and life on their adorable family farm. What new animals they’ve added to the mix. They ask about my business and how COVID has impacted it and genuinely care and listen to my answers. I feel like I’m talking to friends when I’m around the Selfs because that’s what they are to me. Friends. They may have started out as clients, but we’ve moved on to a place where when I run into them in public, I’m genuinely excited to say hey! And ironically enough, I run into them more than I run into anyone else 😂! I adore them and their little family so much and am so thankful they had me out to shoot Andersyn’s family farm 9 month session! They have one more with me in their baby’s first year package for her 12 month session, and I cannot WAIT to see how she grows over these next three months. And what color bow she’s going to have on her cute little head!
