Estate of Grace Family

If you haven’t noticed, I have been shooting Estate of Grace family sessions a lot lately. Mostly because I just discovered this venue this year at Kayla and Micah’s wedding, and when I got to the property for their engagement session, my jaw literally dropped. Who knew there are such amazing views in the backroads of Corryton, TN?!?! I definitely didn’t. It’s not just the gorgeous view or the adorable, quaint little farm house though…it’s more about the family that owns it. Gae Sharp is the person I have developed a relationship with, but her son, nephew, husband, and sister are also involved in the threads of this venue. I’m a pretty picky wedding vendor. I market my experience more than I market pretty pictures. I want my couples to feel loved and supported and all the excitement in the world for their wedding day. It’s not about numbers for me. It’s about memories. So, when I choose couples to work with and the vendors to align myself with, I pick the ones that support that mission. Especially, on the vendor side because together, we can bring the couple a better experience than I could by myself. You know the phrase “It takes a village to raise a baby”? Well, it takes a village to run a wedding day. Especially, in a way that creates the best experience for every. single. couple. I could not do that alone even if I wanted to. So, I team up with awesome vendors like Gae Sharp with Estate of Grace. I want to support her more than just a couple times a wedding season. Thankfully, she has also allowed me to shoot several Estate of Grace family sessions this year, and the families have been just as blown away with her and the Estate of Grace property as I was the first time I saw it. Talk about it, please. Not for me, but for them because they are awesome. Every couple deserves to work with someone who loves them as much as I do :-).

P.S. Isn’t this family adorable? I LOVE how much they love one another. That’s what this blog post was going to be about, and as my fingers kept typing, I realized that the Lord had other plans, which I’m totally okay with.
