Engagement at Castleton Farms
This couple lives in California, but Erin is originally from Knoxville. Last January, I met Erin’s mom at the Hunter Valley Farm Open House. Several weeks later Erin came into town, and they decided on the beautiful Castleton Farms as their wedding venue. Soon after reserving the property, they reached out to me as a candidate for their wedding photography. Vinnie wasn’t able to come on that trip so I just met with Erin and her sweet momma. We all three hit it off immediately. Fast forward to their engagement session at Castleton Farms, and I finally got to meet Vinnie. Vinnie and Erin complement each other so well. They are absolutely so adorable, and I’m so thankful they chose me as their wedding photographer.
At their engagement session at Castleton Farms, we took engagement photos, but we also showed Vinnie around the property for the first time. To say that he was blown away is an understatement. He kept saying how Erin had just outdone herself. That he couldn’t imagine a more perfect venue to marry his best friend at. He and his family are from California, and one of the most important aspects of Castleton Farms is that they have a vineyard that could incorporate the California vineyards that Vinnie grew up with. You’ll find some shots from their engagement session at Castleton Farms in this vineyard below as well. It also happens to be one of my favorite spots on the property!
On this same trip out east, they did a small vacay with Erin’s family and had their Castleton Farms vendor experience. I was lucky enough to see them twice this visit; once at their engagement session, and once at their vendor experience. Happy scrolling, friends. I think you’re going to love these!
