Crescent Bend Bridal Session
This past weekend I got to photograph Amanda and Zeke’s wedding at the Kincaid House in Clinton, TN. I will be posting that blog post later this week, but right now, I cannot keep Amanda’s AMAZING Crescent Bend bridal session from you any longer! The day we took these, I came home, downloaded all the images, and immediately started editing them. While we were shooting, I just KNEW these would be amazing. Amanda has a history with pageantry, and you can tell because her modeling is on point. Couple that with her ridiculously awesome dress, beautiful hair and makeup by Bangs & Blush, and Crescent Bend’s perfectly manicured gardens, and it took everything I had not to share them immediately!!! All I know is that this Crescent Bend bridal session is going to definitely be making it’s way to my website portfolio sooner rather than later. ;-).
Fun Fact
Fun fact, I actually got married at Crescent Bend. We had our ceremony down on the patch of grass at the water, and our reception up by the house under the tents. It was on June 22, 2013, and it was BLAZING outside. Honestly, it was one of the best days of my life, and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. We also took photos throughout all the pretty gardens, did a first look, and every time I hear the song Marry Me by Train, it instantly takes me back to looking at my dad with tears in his eyes as we hid behind the doors that my mom so graciously got together for me. When those doors opened, I locked eyes with Dustin. It may have been sweat, but I’m choosing to believe there were sweet, happy tears running down his cheeks as I came down the aisle to become his bride. That moment is forever ingrained in my memory as one of the sweetest moments of my life. It was also a moment with my dad that I could never ever replace.
