Cove Park Elopement
A small gathering for their Cove Park elopement is just what these two needed to ride out the rest of this pandemic. They did some extra little fun things that made it even more special so I wanted to share some of those in case you too, are planning an elopement before the “big celebration” later on.
- They parted ways two days before they said I do. They didn’t see each other at all… slept in separate houses and it gave their Cove Park elopement an extra little fun anticipation.
- Eric had a surprise for Erica… he built her an arbor. He knew that having a Cove Park elopement would mean there would be no “official” spot for them to get married. The whole park is beautiful and it would be their choice to pick whatever spot they loved. But that also meant it didn’t come with an arbor to get married in front of. So Eric built it and he set it up before Erica arrived. She parked and started making her way down the sidewalk and still pretty far away, we all saw her face when she saw it and she totally lit up with so much joy and surprise.
- Eric got a full hair cut. So not only did they part ways, but when they met back up, Eric looked wildly different. He had a long shaggy look going before their Cove Park elopement and surprised Erica with a fresh cut.
It was really super sweet and I love how they did some of their own things to make it extra special.
