Castleton Farms
Have you ever been to Castleton Farms? If not… you’re really missing out. It is SO gorgeous. They have so many options for you to use to celebrate your wedding day! There is a barn, a mansion, fountains, perfectly manicured lawns, a vineyard, a pond, and so much more. I personally love the winding sidewalks lined in smoothly trimmed hedges with pops of color from the flowers decorated throughout that are hidden all over the grounds. Every single crevice is gorgeous. I would be willing to bet money that you wouldn’t be able to find an ugly spot on these grounds! I was so excited when Madeline and John Christian asked if we could do their engagement pictures at Castleton Farms. It has been a LOOOOOONG time goal of mine to be able to shoot a wedding there… or anything for that matter. Back in 2013 I toured this venue for my own wedding, and although we ended up picking a date they didn’t have available, it still completely stole my photographer heart! There was only one thing we didn’t get to do while we were there and that was pictures in the boat they have on their pond. The boat was sent off being fixed… so guess what?? I get to go back! Once the boat is finished, we are going to top this engagement session off with one last 30 minutes and I know it’s going to be amazing! P.S. I do have a wedding there in June 2018 and this engagement session just got me EVEN more stoked for it! It will be utterly perfect!
