Castleton Farms Engagement
Remember at the beginning of last week when we had those really random days of 65-degree highs for the temperature? Yeah, well we got to take these Castleton engagement photos then and it was seriously perfect. I loved getting to know Sarah & Ryan better. My favorite thing about them is how much they smile and laugh. During my posing routines for engagement sessions and wedding days, I’ll sometimes ask my clients to laugh. To make it not awkward or unnatural, I will either try to say something funny, or I’ll tell them to say A-B-C, A-B-C over and over again. Or I’ll fake laugh really ridiculously so that they really laugh at me. But not with these two. When I asked them to laugh, they would genuinely bust out in some really great laughter and I would do nothing but raise my camera and shoot it. I think more so, it was Sarah busting out in real laughter and then Ryan was so impressed by her authentic laughter at nothing that he would start laughing at her. If there was ever someone that had a contagious smile and laugh, it’s this girl right here. I swear I get to work with some amazing people that I just connect with on some level or another. With them, it was their bubbliness and big smiling personalities.
Also, they are getting married at Castleton in March of 2020 and I am so looking forward to their wedding. Sarah’s sister got married there in 2013 and throughout their Castleton engagement session, she kept reminiscing about her sister’s day. She loved it so much and learned a lot about what she wanted for her own wedding. Because of that, I know this day is going to be so full of exactly what she wants it to be full of. The things that are most important to her and Ryan which is EXACTLY how every single wedding day should go.
