The White Room Bridal Session || Rebekah’s Editorial Portraits

A few weeks before her wedding day, Rebekah met me for an unforgettable bridal session. This session wasn’t a traditional venue-based one. It was a creative, editorial-inspired White Room Bridal Session in my studio.

I usually photograph bridal sessions at the couple’s wedding venue. Doing so gives the bride an opportunity to see how her entire look comes together while creating portraits that complement the wedding day gallery. Rebekah, however, has a distinctly editorial style and asked whether we could photograph her bridal portraits in my studio instead. I had honestly been dreaming of shooting a bridal session there, so saying yes was incredibly easy!

As soon as we decided on the studio, my imagination began running wild with ideas. I messaged Rebekah and asked if she would be open to trying something a little outside the box. Of course, she said yes because she is amazing and has the most incredible sense of style.

To bring the vision to life, I teamed up with Samuel Franklin and LB Floral. Together, we designed a gorgeous, fashion-forward setting that perfectly suited Rebekah and the atmosphere of the studio. Every detail felt intentional, from the floral elements to the refined styling and creative composition of each portrait.

The finished images are romantic, elevated, and wonderfully unexpected. Rebekah looked absolutely stunning in her wedding gown, and the clean studio environment allowed her beauty, style, and personality to take center stage. This session gave us the freedom to slow down, experiment, and create bridal portraits that felt more like images from the pages of a fashion magazine.

I have been dying to share this White Room Bridal Session ever since we photographed it! After Rebekah & David’s wedding, I posted a few previews on social media. I’m thrilled to finally share all my favorites. This session will always have a special place in my heart. It is the first bridal session I created at The White Room. It was every bit as inspiring as I had imagined, and I hope there will be many more to come.
