Sweet baby Cooper was a very high maintenance baby in the womb. Not that it was his fault really, but in this pregnancy, Tiffany, a.k.a. mom, was on bed rest for majority of the pregnancy. It was really early on that she had contractions that the hospital gave her medicine to stop as they also told her she was on bed rest. From that point forward, Tiffany went ahead and stayed home with Lilly, a.k.a. big sister, to help keep Cooper in her tummy for awhile longer. I really really really love this family and when I saw that she was on bed rest, I went over with starbucks in hand one day and just kept her some company. Sometimes I think the worst part about bedrest is not the “I’m-so-bored” part, but just the not being able to go anywhere or have a lot of adult interaction. I remembered leaving her house that day praying for baby Cooper to stay in there for a few more weeks. They had given Tiffany steroids to help Cooper develop more quickly but they were very very worried that he would make his debut too early. And my how the Lord answered all those prayers going up about Cooper because he stayed put for another 7 weeks!! It was such a pleasure and such an honor to go to the Moyer home to take some newborn photographs of precious Cooper, or baby coop (pronounced bay-bee p-00000-p actually) as Lilly would say. I got to take newborn photographs of Lilly when she was a baby so it was twice as special to be back and document this second time around with Cooper.
