This Smithview Pavilion wedding is going to leave you speechless. I LOVE this wedding venue and I LOVE this bride’s style. Lemme tell you about this venue for just a second. They have a getting ready area for the ladies that is killer! A full bar, mirror, attached to a bathroom with multiple stalls, lots of air conditioning, and comfy seating. They have a covered area where you can get married in case of rain and still be outside with the gorgeous natural light. They have lots and lots and lots of parking for all your guests to find a space easily. They have multiple outdoor ceremony sites in the grass with flat ground and a GORGEOUS creek in the background completely shaded!!!! Wait… what?!?! That’s right folks… completely shaded and you don’t even have to wait until 8pm for the shade to happen. The creek brings a cool breeze with it too so even in the hot summer days, it’s more comfortable there then so many other places. There is really nothing bad about this venue! Okay, now to get to the point of why you even clicked on this link in the first place. The unity ceremony. Which coincidentally couples as my favorite part of the day! So this couple used the same ceremony script as her parents did years ago. And not only did her parents use it, but her great grandfather wrote it. So when it came time to do the rings, the officiant passed each ring to their respective owner. He told them to place the rings on the correct finger and then put their left hands together (like a high five stance frozen at the point that your hands touch). And as part of their unity ceremony, they repeated the ring vows together as the pastor held their left hands suspended in the air. It was so cool and so beautiful. And now they don’t have a random candle they can never burn or a jar of sand they can never spill. I just loved it so so much! What do you think??? Leave your comments below!
