Baxter Gardens

Addi and Marquis have decided to take a mini engagement session in each season! You’ve seen this before with another couple that I photographed, which is where Addi got the idea. I love it as well! It is so much fun getting the same couple in front of my camera in all four seasons. Seeing their different outfit ideas in locations that particularly flourish in a specific time of year. Like Baxter Gardens, which is at it’s most beautiful in the spring. Of course that’s also the only time of year that you’re allowed to photograph there. It has so. much. beauty. and I have to give Addi and Marques props for their outfit choice. They went so well together, but they each looked so good in the blush and it blended marvelously with the backdrop.

The Couple

These two are so incredibly sweet. I have been so blessed with so many amazing couples that have become emotionally invested in Grayson, and Addi and Marques are no exception. At the end of our session, I was photographing Addi’s UH-MAZING engagement ring, and she started chatting with me about parenthood and how adorable Grayson is. She commented on how much he had grown and changed. Afterwards, on my drive home, I thought, how incredibly blessed I am to have clients that pay enough attention to my life that they know how much my baby has changed in a matter of 5 weeks. I just cannot wait to get them in front of my camera again this summer!
