I immediately knew when I first chatted with Liz that we would make such a great fit. Our brains work so similarly. As their engagement session at the Tennessee Capitol began unfolding, it solidified that opinion even more. I love it so much when I just click so easily with a client. It’s so effortless and seamless and reminds me I am serving exactly who the Lord has me to serve. There is purpose and intentionality behind every single wedding I get to be a part of. There is such freedom in knowing this. Freedom to know there is a reason I’m a part of this wedding on this particular day. Freedom to know there is a reason it’s me and not another photographer. For Liz and Drew’s wedding day, I’m getting to go back to one of the cutest little East TN towns, Johnson City. I’ve shot a couple weddings there now, and I just love it. It’s really adorable, and the weddings I’ve done there have been AMAZING. Each one has been at a different venue that I equally love, and I’m really excited to see the ballroom at the Johnson City Country Club where Liz and Drew’s wedding will be.
This Nashville engagement session at the Tennesse Capitol was incredible. The weather was BEAUTIFUL. The couple was PERFECT. And I had so much fun getting to know them even better as we made the trek from Bicentennial Park up to the Capitol.
