Harlinsdale Farm
When I look at the image above from this Harlinsdale Farm family session, I laugh because this adorable 2 year old LOVES his puppy, and his puppy is totally just taking it. I also see so much joy in the threads of this family it makes my heart burst! Meet Lauren & Mike Reese, their two kiddos Ben and Brooks, and their little Goldendoodle Bryce. Now, if that’s not a tongue twister, I don’t know what is. Being in a family with four “D” children really prepared me for my career though. Keeping Dustin, Devin, Danay, and Dylana straight was a challenge in the beginning, but seriously sharpened my tongue tying skills ;-).
Anyways. This was another Harlinsdale Farm sunrise session that followed the Norton family I posted yesterday. Thankfully, that weekend the time changed so we were shooting at 7:30am and 8:15am vs. 6:30am and 7:15am. The Central Time Zone will get you up and at’em early if you catch it at the wrong time. Either way, I haven’t shot at Harlinsdale Farm since 2014, and the way I see light has definitely done a 180 since that year. This location offers some pretty amazing lighting opportunities! If you’re ever in the Franklin area, it’s a public park with gorgeous terrain!
Big shout out to the Reese family for waking up early on a Sunday morning to help make this happen close to my hotel! I hope you adore your photos!
